BRC’s work is currently carried out in terms of its Strategic Plan for 2005 to 2009. The main tenets of this document are outlined in the Our Approach section. Each year in October, we produce an Annual Operational plan for the following year. The Annual Plans for this strategic cycle are posted here and can be downloaded. We report, in detail, project-by-project against annual plans on a six-monthly basis. These, too, are available for down-load, in PDF format. The files are large and download is recommended only for those with fast internet access.
